Infusionsoft is a market leader who champions the small business market with a powerful, integrated sales and marketing software solution. Their solution combines CRM, marketing automation, e-commerce, and payments solutions.
At the top of Infusionsoft’s funnel lies the challenge of engaging with the small business owner who is already on the brink of being overwhelmed. Working closely with Infusionsoft’s demand generation team, we conceived of a web property that would dramatically increase engagement of potential customers, as well as support, and thus accelerate, their learning journey. Behold, The Revenue Action Planner.
As a stellar example of Process Marketing™, the Revenue Action Planner featured a seamless flow that inspired the user to register and then have the ability to quickly forecast (and share) the revenue potential of deploying an Infusionsoft campaign. In addition to the UX/UI of the web property, we developed a comprehensive set of content assets including video coaching, one-minute tech feature videos, audio coaching (think NPR meets Marketing Automation) and even a small business presentation kit.

As with many of our clients, DataStax came to us with this very compelling, yet very untold story. These magical moments — disruptive, empowering, engaging and paradigm-shifting — were the catalyst behind our campaign development. We began by creating their new tagline: The power behind the moment. We architected a re-branding exercise along with a multilayered, integrated campaign. The assignment included a rebrand of the website, the production of a concept video, as well as two integrated ABM campaigns: email, direct mail, sales enablement, banner ads and social components.

Originally known as Thinking Phones, we began work with them on the cusp of their name change to Fuze. As such, we assisted in the architecting of their rebrand campaign. At the onset, we focused on creating a compelling and extensible tagline. One that grounded the positioning in one of Fuze’s core values; championing the end-user experience. Actually two end-users; the CIO architecting and deploying the solutions, and the humans who stand to benefit from the simple ability to leverage an elegant and powerful solution for unified communications. From this mandate was born the Younified Campaign.

Cogniance’s existing brand had a global (but not from this world) presence. From a web, promotional and sales enablement presence, we strived to integrate a minimalist design approach, while championing Cogniance’s technical chops. With the fact that future client engagements would include stakeholders with both marketing and development perspectives, countered the technical personality with a brand voice that didn’t take itself too seriously. It’s like getting Stephen Hawkings and James Bond all rolled into one.

Our mandate with this integrated campaign was to raise general awareness of Five9’s offerings as well as establish a critical on-premise vs. cloud-based solution conversation.
We took an aggressive multi-episode, video-based approach that was the spearhead of a comprehensive integrated campaign. The net/net was over 500,000+ views on YouTube and a 200 percent increase in online engagement, and an accelerated education in the care and feeding of robotic chickens.

We were tasked with an 11th-hour request to make a meaningful splash with its key customers at the Black Hat Conference in Vegas. The branded limo was promoted through social and email campaigns to great success. The theme was also carried through to t-shirts and its booth as well. Nice ride.

Brian is recognized as one of the top producing Real Estate Agents in the nation. No surprise, he’s a home-grown, San Francisco Bay Area native, who attributes his success to building relationships. Integrity. What a concept.
Brian represented a great challenge; basically to create a brand presence that can even come close to the good guy Brian truly is. We wanted to architect his online and web presence to be as approachable as possible. We incorporated a good amount of video content, both of him sharing knowledge or giving neighborhood tours, as well as his quite happy customers. We have also produced a series of ads featuring Brian himself. This approach differs from his competitors who rely mostly on property-centric marketing.
